Question: Do you love watching "The Office?" Answer: Absolutely I do.
I seriously love The Office. When if first came out I thought it looked like an absurd TV show, it was just like the rest of them. I had no interest in watching it. I even caught a glimpse of one of the episodes. A lady was actually talking to the camera and was complaining about a boy who was dating another girl. What was that all about?
Austin begged me for probably a year to at least rent the first season and watch it with him. No, no no, and then..... FINE, we can rent it! But, no, Hollywood Video didn't have it in stock, so we "had" to buy it. We turn it on, we start watching it, and I was determined to hate it and prove to Austin that I knew I didn't like The Office. We keep watching... oh, there's a funny part. Hmmm, and another one. Oh dear, that was really funny. The whole time I was trying to hide my smiles and laughter from Austin as I could tell what was happening. I was losing the battle inside me. We finished the six episodes of Season 1 and we NEEDED Season 2.
Long story short, I LOVE The Office. Austin and I now have all four seasons on DVD and are diligently watching season 5 online at nbc.com (we don't have TV channels).
My new favorite "Dwightism": "Learn your rules, you better learn your rules. If you don't you'll be eaten in your sleep. Arrrrch!"

I loved that line of Dwight's. David and I were rolling on Thursday night (when we weren't cringing at how horrible Angela is.)

Ha ha! I am the same way, I get determined to hate something and then once I give it a chance I begrudgingly like it, ha. This post was great! And I LOVE the Office too...and Dwight is best!
